The Affordable Housing Division forms the foundation behind the knowledge and experience held at Ravencroft Developments.
Our speciality is in delivering affordable housing including traditional new build and MMC, and also refurbishment housing projects across the UK.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE
The Maintenance Division covers all things maintenance, whether it’s general aftercare or specific maintenance contracts through a particular framework.
Ravencroft’s in-house qualified and experienced maintenance team are ready to provide our clients with a wide range of contracting services. Services include; planned and reactive maintenance, minor refurbishment works.
The response time of our maintenance team is measured through our in-house quality management system to ensure that all maintenance issues are tracked and dealt with to an excellent satisfaction level.

The Commercial & Mixed Use Division focuses on the development of non-residential projects for public and private sector clients.
Ravencroft possesses the knowledge, expertise and supply chain to deliver commercial build projects for public and private sector clients, in sectors such as; healthcare, education, retail, sport and leisure.
